Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Being a Dairy Processing Equipment Operator has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Additionally, Dairy Processing Equipment Operator works under immediate supervision. The Equipment Operator position helps maintain Airport landscaping and ensures the grounds are taken care of. Duties include mowing grass, weed-eating, and other landscaping. Will also include some fence repairing, road and pavement patching, paint striping, and removing snow and ice during inclement weather events.
Will operate the following types of equipment: Tractors with bush hog, flail mowers, zero-turn mowers, back hoe, jack hammer, concrete saws, snow blower, spreader trucks, and de-icing equipment.
A current drivers license is required for this position, in addition to a clean driving record history.
This is a Full-time, hourly position with the following available shift schedule:
The pay grade range is $15.00 - $17.22 per hour. Starting pay rate will be based on previous work experience and education.
