Meat Processing Equipment Blade Sharpener Technician - The Right Candidate:
An ideal candidate is a person of good character who shows up for work as assigned, on time, with a positive attitude, and has a strong desire to learn a trade and develop into a skilled service technician. This position requires mechanical ability and a valid Illinois Driver's License.
What's In It for You as a Meat Processing Equipment Blade Sharpener Apprentice
You will be introduced to several pieces of equipment and learn how to sharpen equipment blades. You will ride alongside our service technicians and gain confidence working on different types of equipment. With time and training, you can learn troubleshooting and reactive service repair on many types of food processing equipment and expand your role within the service department.
Once the training period is completed and you have demonstrated your proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing equipment, you will transition to a role as a Reactive Service Technician.
There are many opportunities for advancement for the individual focused on learning and providing excellent customer service.
