Cytogenetic Technologist performs microscopic analysis for cytogenetic studies on biological specimens. Analyzes chromosomes for prenatal diagnosis, congenital birth defects, fertility problems and hematological disorders. Being a Cytogenetic Technologist is responsible for harvesting cells, image analysis, and results reporting. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Cytogenetic Technologist typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Typically requires certification as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist.     Nursing duties including measuring and recording patients' vital signs, draw blood, give injections, and perform clinical tasks
    Operate or oversee operation of X-Ray equipment to produce images of the body for diagnostic purposes
    Ensures imaging equipment is proper operating condition.
    Prepare and maintain supplies and equipment for treatment.
    Assist patients utilizing a Virtual Medicine Provider.

    At least 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist preferably in clinic setting, preferably Urgent Care.

    ~ Indiana Residents Only:
    In Indiana, Limited Scope License requires a State License and proof of ARRT License

    High School Diploma or

    Its Equivalent License Requirements:
    : Limited Scope X-Ray Technologist License, American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
