Experience: 3 plus years outpatient experience preferred

Compensation:  $85000 - $95000

Sign on bonus: $5000

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited college with an AOTA curriculum
• Certified Hand Therapist
• Current state of Arizona license, CPR certification
• Outgoing and energetic personality
