Job Overview:

The Media Manager at GP Customs is responsible for developing and executing multimedia content strategies to enhance the brand's online presence, engage the target audience, and drive sales. This role combines expertise in photography, marketing, editing, social media, and videography to create visually compelling and persuasive content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Produce high-quality and creative visual content, including photos and videos, showcasing customized automotive projects, products, and services.
• Photography and Videography: Capture captivating images and videos of customized vehicles and related activities. Ensure high standards for lighting, composition, and technical quality.
• Content Editing: Edit and enhance photos and videos to optimize their visual appeal, incorporating branding and storytelling elements where appropriate.
• Social Media Management: Manage and curate content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. Develop and maintain an editorial calendar to schedule posts and maximize audience engagement.
• Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to align multimedia content with the company's overall marketing objectives and branding initiatives. Develop content that supports advertising campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
• Audience Engagement: Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages, fostering positive relationships, and moderating discussions as necessary.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of multimedia content, using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights. Utilize data to refine strategies and improve content effectiveness.
• Collaboration: Work closely with automotive customization teams, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and content creation.
• Budget Management: Manage budgets related to media production, equipment, and software tools, making cost-effective decisions without compromising quality.
• Trend and Technology Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in multimedia production, bringing innovative ideas to the table.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in photography, videography, and content editing.
• Strong proficiency in using multimedia software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices.
• Understanding of marketing principles and branding strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and an eye for visual detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the automotive customization industry is a plus.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field is favorable.

Work environment:

This position may require working in a studio, on-location shoots, and occasional travel to automotive customization events or exhibitions. The Media Manager should be prepared to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
