Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team. As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. Responsibilities: - Perform auto body repairs and refinishing on a variety of vehicles - Remove damaged parts and repair or replace them as needed - Straighten bent frames and panels using power tools and specialized equipment - Fabricate and weld metal components to restore structural integrity - Repair or replace auto glass as necessary - Conduct thorough inspections to identify additional repair needs - Complete auto body repairs in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer specifications - Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and priming - Utilize airless paint spraying techniques to apply paint evenly and efficiently - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service Qualifications: - Previous experience as an Auto Body Technician or in a similar role - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude - Proficient in using power tools and equipment for auto body repair - Familiarity with dealership repair processes is a plus - Ability to read and interpret auto estimating software - Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship - Strong problem-solving skills - Effective communication and customer service abilities We offer competitive pay based on experience, along with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
