The Customs Entry Writer is responsible for the processing of customs clearances for imports. They will ensure that regulations, standards, and tracking of shipments is maintained and communicated to customers and clients. The Customs Entry Writer will provide accurate documentation and record-keeping for data and documents to ensure timely and accurate statuses are provided with timely client billing and invoicing. Responsibilities

• Processing customs clearances for imports while adhering to customs regulations, and company standard operating procedures.
• Importer Security Filing
• Tracking and tracing shipments to maintain updated information.
• Communication directly with clients, freight forwarders, and other related parties via email and phone.
• Documentation and archiving of records and documents.
• Data management for client reports.
• Timely client billing and invoicing.
• Other duties assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to commute to the office- hybrid options may be available.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Available to work on weekends or night shifts is a plus.
• English/Korean Bilingual is preferred.

The base salary range for this role is between $45,000 - $90,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
