Customer Service Training Manager designs and delivers training programs for customer service representatives, team leaders, and supervisors. Prepares instructive updates and details on new products, features, and service offerings. Being a Customer Service Training Manager designs a training curriculum and role-playing exercises to develop selling, service delivery, issue resolution, and interpersonal communication skills. Creates and maintains documentation and resources used to instruct staff on service level standards, system tools, and policies and procedures. Additionally, Customer Service Training Manager assesses training effectiveness and defines future needs by reviewing and analyzing staff performance metrics. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Customer Service Training Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Customer Service Training Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.   • Job Responsibilities of Automotive MIT/Service Manager:

    Serving customers is a key to success in this position. Combining your in-depth automotive repair knowledge with your exceptional people skills, you'll manage customer relationships and frequently serve as a liaison between technicians and customers. You'll also select, coach, lead, train and supervise vehicle technicians while assisting with the purchase of parts, materials and equipment.

    The selected individual will:

    • Greet customers and gather information from them to complete service request form
    • Prepare estimates
    • Follow up with customers on repairs, quotes, and general information
    • Workwith foreman/technicians to ensure repairs are performed in a timely manner
    • Prepare invoices, repair cards, warranty cards and reports.
    • Research parts/vehicle info when needed
    • Collect payment from customers; and
    • other duties as assigned

    TheMIT/Service Writer must:

    • have excellent customer service skills
    • be detail oriented and be able to multi-task
    • be able to workin a team environment and autonomously
    • be able to effectively deal with issues as they arise

    Service writing, job management, administrative and basic knowledge of automotive parts is preferred.

    Hours of Operation:
    Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

    Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
