Customer Service Representative / Baseball or Softball Instructor

• Duties:

-Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
-Must be efficient assisting customers with product selection, registration, and payment processes upon arrival. -Must be comfortable with computer work
-Must thrive in a fast pace environment
-Must like working with kids
-Must be detail oriented -
-Must enjoy sales and helping others
-Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
-Know how to work for customers professionally and with enthusiasm.
-Must be comfortable in a production environment

• Skills:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
-Must be able to teach either baseball or softball - must have playing experience ---Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
-Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Note: Experience in sports (playing/instruction or coaching a team is a plus!)
