Pay range:  $17-$22 per hour for depending on experience.  Successful applicable insurance licensing will increase hourly pay.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to handle multiple types of customer experience inquiries, resolving service concerns, documenting customer request and completing changes to property and casualty insurance policies.
• Skills required to include inbound/outbound calls and in person contact
• Embracing customer interation to employ probing questions and actively listen to customer issues and questions while showing interest and compassion and displaying empathy for the customer situation
• Review and maintain customer data base including policy renewals, changes, claims and promoting new business opportunities
• Upon proper agency provided training in house and various outside sources, passing the Nebraska Property and Casualty insurance licensing is required

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma/ GED
• Basic PC aptitude including proficiency in keyboard and willingness to embrace and promote technology in the workplace is critical
• Willingness to learn applicable insurance software programs and company contracts

Preferred Requirements:

• Associates Degree or higher
• Nebraska Property and Casualty Insurance License
