Creates and maintains documentation and resources used to instruct staff on service level standards, system tools, and policies and procedures. Additionally, Customer Service Training Manager assesses training effectiveness and defines future needs by reviewing and analyzing staff performance metrics. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Customer Service Training Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager.     Location: Monroe, NY

    Job Summary:

    • Oversee full rack and stack operations, including the installation and configuration of servers and infrastructure within the data center environment.
    • Manage the onboarding process for new servers and infrastructure components, ensuring efficient deployment and integration into existing systems.
    • Coordinate power management activities within the data center, including capacity planning, monitoring, and optimization to maintain reliable operations.
    • Implement and enforce best practices for data center operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    • Develop and maintain documentation for all data center processes, procedures, and configurations to facilitate efficient management and troubleshooting.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of data center infrastructure solutions.
    • Monitor and analyze data center performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability.
    • Lead and mentor data center staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of operational tasks and projects.

    Job Type: Contract

    Salary: $60.00 - $65.00 per year
