Customer Service Training Manager designs and delivers training programs for customer service representatives, team leaders, and supervisors. Prepares instructive updates and details on new products, features, and service offerings. Being a Customer Service Training Manager designs a training curriculum and role-playing exercises to develop selling, service delivery, issue resolution, and interpersonal communication skills. Creates and maintains documentation and resources used to instruct staff on service level standards, system tools, and policies and procedures. Training Support Specialists (TSS) support school-based coaches in each of the nine regions around the state (this specific posting is for East Central Indiana). This role serves to provide cohesion and communication between the Center of Excellence in Leadership of Learning (CELL) team leading the Indiana Literacy Cadre (PLT),and the coaches and district administrators. TSSs are critical to the success of the Indiana Literacy Cadre. TSSs receive ongoing training in science of reading and student-centered instructional coaching in order to train coaches and administrators in their assigned school settings. . Additionally, TSSs will provide ongoing training to coaches and design collaborative experiences to build a regional cadre of mission-driven instructional coaches. TSSs are expected to monitor cadre efforts and report to the CELL project leadership team as well as district administrators. These positions are grant funded with no guarantee for renewal of position.
Outlined credentials and expertise for all coaches:
Five years of successful experience in teaching
Demonstrated experience training/coaching adults, preferred experience as an instructional coach or administrator
Education/Certification: appropriate Indiana State Teaching Certification, Master's Degree or higher is preferred
