Customer Service Training Manager designs and delivers training programs for customer service representatives, team leaders, and supervisors. Prepares instructive updates and details on new products, features, and service offerings. Being a Customer Service Training Manager designs a training curriculum and role-playing exercises to develop selling, service delivery, issue resolution, and interpersonal communication skills. Creates and maintains documentation and resources used to instruct staff on service level standards, system tools, and policies and procedures. Additionally, Customer Service Training Manager assesses training effectiveness and defines future needs by reviewing and analyzing staff performance metrics. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Customer Service Training Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Customer Service Training Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.   • Leading Edge Flight Training is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative (internally Service Support Associate) to join our team in Loveland, Colorado. This full-time position requires a candidate who excels in customer service, organization, and multitasking, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to daily tasks.

    Requirements:

    • Availability from 9am-5pm Monday through Friday
    • Proven experience in a front desk or similar customer service role.
    • Proficiency in handling phone calls, emails, and digital document management.
    • Familiarity with basic office equipment and software, including Google Drive.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Detail-oriented with an ability to identify and address needs proactively.
    • Physical ability to perform cleaning and organizational tasks.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills for greeting and assisting guests.
    • Must be able to reliably commute to our office in Loveland, Colorado
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States
    • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct morning preparations, including sanitizing common areas and adjusting facilities as needed.
    • Manage communications, ensuring all emails and calls are returned within a maximum of 24 hours.
    • Welcome and assist customers, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
    • Oversee the management and organization of flight school student documents and digital records.
    • Perform end-of-day duties including billing, cleaning, and organizing the front desk area, sanitizing common areas and facilities
    • Handle bi-weekly and monthly tasks, including inventory management and facility maintenance.
    • Assist with scheduling Accelerated Programs
    • Coordinate Maintenance Inspections
    • Assist with Ramp Duties (move planes, clean planes between flights, assist CFIs as needed)
