WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Are you a team player? Do you have great communication skills and the ability to explain repairs in easy-to-understand terms? Are you persuasive and able to close a deal? Can you pay attention to even the smallest details? Great! We want you! You just need to meet the following requirements:

• 1 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Valid driver's license

YOUR ROLE

You can expect to work from Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

As our Customer Service Rep - Service Advisor, you help keep our automotive repair shop running smoothly and ensure our customers get the important services they need. You answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with whatever they're looking for. When requested, you create estimates for potential repairs and share them with the client.

As our techs work on the vehicles, you let each customer know about any necessary repairs as well as any further work they could have done. You bust out your sales skills and explain to the client why they should OK any additional services. As our supplies run low, you also order more parts for our inventory. You love having a positive impact on both our customers and our shop!
