Customer Service Team Leader leads a customer service team that responds to phone, e-mail, or chat non-technical service requests from customers. Responds to and resolves escalated issues and/or unique or complex requests from customers. Being a Customer Service Team Leader monitors the daily workloads of team members and makes adjustments to ensure adequate coverage and that correct procedures are followed. Identifies system and workflow improvements to enhance the team's efficiency. Additionally, Customer Service Team Leader trains and provides support to less experienced team members. May assist manager or supervisor with scheduling. May be authorized to approve special adjustments or exceptions for a customer. May require a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor.   • HireArt is helping our client, an autonomous vehicle tech company, hire a Customer Service Associate to help ensure all customers have a safe, clean, professional, and enjoyable experience while riding on their autonomous shuttle. In this role you'll help operate the autonomous shuttle, educate passengers on the shuttle service and technology, and share customer and tech feedback to the engineering and operations team.

    The ideal candidate is a safe and experienced driver, attentive to detail, and customer-oriented with a passion for new technologies.

    New hires will receive a $500 retention bonus paid in two installments.

    As Customer Service Associate, you will:
    • Interact on a daily basis with riders and company operations
    • Make suggestions on how to improve vehicle feel, comfort, and overall experience
    • Perform regular checks/inspections to ensure the shuttle is safe and presentable
    • Operate according to traffic safety procedures and safe driving practices
    • Document daily summaries
    • Adhere to COVID-19 protocols to maintain a health environment for all employees, clients and customers
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • A passion for interacting with others and strong interpersonal skills
    • Valid driver’s license
    • 3 years of driving experience with a clean driving record
    • Comfortable with driving Autonomous Vehicles
    • Methodical and process-oriented
    • Able to maintain composure under pressure
    Bonus Qualifications:
    • A technical background working with electronics, mechanical components, or computers
    • Previous experience in customer support
    Commitment: This is a part-time (15-20 hours per week), ongoing contract position staffed via HireArt and based in Fishers, IN. Shifts are available Monday-Friday. Must be able to work 7:30am-2:00pm shift or 1:30pm-8:15pm shift. Hired contractors will be expected to adhere to COVID-19 safety protocols.
