Customer Service Supervisor supervises a staff of customer service representatives that respond to requests from customers by phone, e-mail, or chat. Manages the daily workload to ensure required service volume and quality levels are attained. Being a Customer Service Supervisor trains and coaches staff in standard policies, procedures, and best practices. Identifies opportunities for operational improvements and implements solutions. Additionally, Customer Service Supervisor monitors and evaluate staff performance. Responds to escalated issues to facilitate solutions. May provide direct customer support for complicated or critical issues. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Customer Service Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Customer Service Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Your Role
Mission |
Support business needs by maintaining contracts for all regions and other auditing responsibilities.
Roles and Responsibilities |
Enter, maintain, and cancel service contracts for all regions.
Create service contract invoices and maintain service contract invoicing files. Create weekly and monthly invoice reports.
Continuously seek to identify and implement improved contract processes and procedures.
Modify contracts for changes to required parts, labor, visit schedules, and invoice schedules.
Utilize various reports to audit contracts as needed for invoicing and service discrepancies.
Provide support and information to Service Sales and Service Coordination with regards to contract entry and contract job creation.
Contribute to positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image to customers.
Perform all duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer.
Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all people/employees considered necessary to get the job done.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Must be able to work independently and have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (verbal and written) skills with attention to detail. Must be able to manage multiple priorities with flexibility in a fast-paced work environment. Must have a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to customer service. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, as well as experience with SAP.
