The Customer Service Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Customer Service Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Location: Monroe, NY
Job Summary:
- Oversee full rack and stack operations, including the installation and configuration of servers and infrastructure within the data center environment.
- Manage the onboarding process for new servers and infrastructure components, ensuring efficient deployment and integration into existing systems.
- Coordinate power management activities within the data center, including capacity planning, monitoring, and optimization to maintain reliable operations.
- Implement and enforce best practices for data center operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all data center processes, procedures, and configurations to facilitate efficient management and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of data center infrastructure solutions.
- Monitor and analyze data center performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Lead and mentor data center staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of operational tasks and projects.
