May provide direct customer support for complicated or critical issues. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Customer Service Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Customer Service Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     Job Summary:

    • Oversee full rack and stack operations, including the installation and configuration of servers and infrastructure within the data center environment.
    • Manage the onboarding process for new servers and infrastructure components, ensuring efficient deployment and integration into existing systems.
    • Coordinate power management activities within the data center, including capacity planning, monitoring, and optimization to maintain reliable operations.
    • Implement and enforce best practices for data center operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    • Develop and maintain documentation for all data center processes, procedures, and configurations to facilitate efficient management and troubleshooting.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of data center infrastructure solutions.
    • Monitor and analyze data center performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability.
    • Lead and mentor data center staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of operational tasks and projects.

    Salary: $60.00 - $65.00 per year
