Customer Service Supervisor supervises a staff of customer service representatives that respond to requests from customers by phone, e-mail, or chat. Manages the daily workload to ensure required service volume and quality levels are attained. Being a Customer Service Supervisor trains and coaches staff in standard policies, procedures, and best practices. Identifies opportunities for operational improvements and implements solutions. Additionally, Customer Service Supervisor monitors and evaluate staff performance. Responds to escalated issues to facilitate solutions. May provide direct customer support for complicated or critical issues. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Customer Service Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Customer Service Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.   • We are seeking a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our team!

    Must be available all shifts - Background checks will be done.

    Responsibilities:

    • Communicating with tow truck operators to provide instructions on location of vehicles and other pertinent information
    • Organizing the dispatch schedule to ensure that all tow trucks are staffed with qualified drivers on time
    • Answer all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, using proper telephone etiquette
    • Schedule appointments for service requests, utilizing company software
    • Dispatch service vehicles to customer locations in an efficient and timely manner
    • Maintain updated knowledge of roadways, traffic conditions, and construction projects that may impact service times
    • Keep customers updated on estimated arrival times of service vehicles
    • Monitor service vehicles via GPS tracking system to ensure they remain on schedule
    • Notify customers of any changes in estimated arrival time
    • Resolve customer complaints in a prompt and satisfactory manner
    • Record all pertinent information from each call into company software
    • Generate daily reports detailing dispatched services

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Strong computer skills
    • Flexible schedule and availability
