Customer Service Supervisor supervises a staff of customer service representatives that respond to requests from customers by phone, e-mail, or chat. Manages the daily workload to ensure required service volume and quality levels are attained. Being a Customer Service Supervisor trains and coaches staff in standard policies, procedures, and best practices. Identifies opportunities for operational improvements and implements solutions. Additionally, Customer Service Supervisor monitors and evaluate staff performance. Responds to escalated issues to facilitate solutions. May provide direct customer support for complicated or critical issues. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Customer Service Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Customer Service Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. The Customer Services Representative will work closely with our internal and field teams to ensure our customers are satisfied with our services.

    Job responsibilities include database management, reconciling company payables, assisting with month end processing, support member services with recruitment and creating an optimal new hire experience. The position requires computer proficiency with the software that The Eliminator uses. This includes, but is not limited to Microsoft Suite, and Google Drive

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Answer and distribute incoming calls and emails
    • Assist with Client Invoicing & Reconciliations
    • Assist in the generation of monthly statements for all customers with outstanding balances, contacting customers to secure payment for outstanding balances as needed.
    • Works as a member of a team and assists with solving complex problems.
    • Expedite communication with staff, vendors, and management
    • Collection calls
    • Creating new accounts for Pest or Property Customers
    • Performs special projects for management as requested

    • Individuals shall be neat, clean and well groomed, at a minimum of Business Casual in accordance with Eliminator dress standards.
    • Knowledge of general office equipment (copier, fax, phone systems, etc.).
    • Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient level.
    • Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
    • Professional customer service skills.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
    • Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
    • Familiarity with Excel, microsoft and google programs

    Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5 pm

    Experience: One year prior experience in customer service is preferred but will train the right candidate.

    Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
