Join our team at Olive Lavender Farms in sharing both our products and property with our visitors! We are a small acre farm with our own collection of organic olive oils and vinegars.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide olive oil vinegar tastings to customers
• Learn and retain details about our products to be able to speak confidently about them
• Help customers with any questions they may have
• Box oil vinegar duos
• Aid in labeling of product
• Take payments via Square POS system
• Perform inventory counts
• Talk about our farm & brand efficiently and enthusiastically
• Overall customer service - e.g. local-based recommendations
• QUALIFICATIONS
• Friendly, up-beat attitude
• Extroverted and comfortable chatting
• Able to handle high customer volume
• Able to work in a fast pace environment & multi-task
• Able to lift 25-50lbs
• Able to stand on feet for 2-3 hours at a time
• Organized and observant
• Interest in quality food products or the Santa Ynez Valley (a plus!)

We use Square as a POS system and would love someone with previous experience!

We are looking for someone Friday-Monday 10:30am-5pm. Details/schedule to be discussed, considering high season, holidays, etc. Position Start Timeline: Immediately.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
