  • Our growing company is looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team and ensure that we provide excellent service to our customers. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the customer service department, managing the customer service staff, resolving customer complaints, and developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    Responsibilities

    • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
    • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
    • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
    • Create and maintain a positive and supportive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration
    • Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions that meet customer needs and expectations
    • Identify and implement best practices and procedures to enhance customer service quality and efficiency
    • Schedule and maintain customer service department's work schedule
    • Conduct weekly customer service meeting, gather feedback, and share with management at weekly operations meeting
    • Ability to diagnose basic computer, printer, and network issues and resolve is a plus
    • Ability to use Adobe Suite is a plus

    Requirements and Skills

    • At least 4 years of experience in customer service
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
    • Customer-oriented and results-driven mindset

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 per week
