We are looking for our newest Help Desk Associate - Printers

Job description:

• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and escalate calls to the technician
• Performs duties of scanning and /or imaging documents
• Maintains records for management reports and inventories of supplies needed.
• May perform filing duties in conjunction with specific customer requests.
• May occasionally perform shipping, receiving, and dock work in a mail room-type environment

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
