Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Customer Segment Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Customer Segment Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Experience in the manufacturing environment is preferred. Five Years of experience in a sales, program management, customer relationship management or similar role is required.
In general, we sell all the products necessary for our manufacturing customers to produce products. Tooling, Gaging, Handling, etc. In addition, we offer programs to our customers to manage their tooling processes.
