Develops targeted product offerings or marketing campaigns based on customer profiles. Being a Customer Segment Manager provides information to sales and marketing teams to assist in the promotion of the organization's goods and/or services. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Customer Segment Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Customer Segment Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Customer Segment Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Summary of the Job:

    The Director of Global Project Management & Partner Technology for Partnership, is a key leader in the Partnership space responsible for driving and delivering new and/or enhancements to existing capabilities (generic or customized), to improve the cardholder experience.

    Leading a team of global project managers and product owners, this individual will be responsible for reimagining our capabilities, continually improving upon existing capabilities, and driving measured change and improvements across cardholder and partner experiences.

    The role will also oversee management and roadmaps for all capabilities working with the Director of Partner Project Management to ensure alignment for partner specific projects. Capabilities include but not limited to onboarding application, servicing APIs, web, mobile, and any customer facing experiences.

    This role will own the product vision for our core credit card business and must drive consensus on priorities to constantly exceed our partners' expectations.

    This individual will lead a team that must be known and engaged with all levels of FNBO team members to include executive leadership. Additionally, will be engaged in business development activities regarding capabilities and engaging with all levels of partners to include the CTO, CMO, etc.

    About This Role:

    Job Specific Responsibilities

    • Responsible for a team of technical and operational project managers as well as Product Owners who interact internally and externally with Fortune 100-500 companies.

    • Actively develop and evolve franchise level project management tools and techniques with internal stakeholders and external partners.

    • Work collaboratively across the enterprise to create best-in-class digital experiences for customers and partners in alignment with overall business goals.

    • Work cross functionally with all business groups to understand emerging customer and partner trends that require enhancements or implementation of new capabilities.

    • Work with the Director of Partner Project Management to ensure alignment and appropriate prioritization of the overall roadmap.

    • Ensure recommendations on product/service integrations or customizations offer the best ROI, meet the cardholder/partner needs, and align with business strategy.

    • Responsible for project plans, product roadmaps, budget requirements / pro forma financial analysis / KPIs, and data capture requirements

    • Technical and operational leader for all business development opportunities.

    Key Skills

    • Technical understanding of how API's, mainframe systems, and digital experiences work

    • Deep knowledge and experience delivering large scale technical solutions in a cross-functional team environment.

    • Experience with customer journey mapping and creation of ideal customer experiences.

    • Ability to build detailed business cases to include understanding of financial justification.

    • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

    • Ability to lead and influence across all levels of the organization.

    • Proven experience in leadership and project management.

    • Excitement and drive to create new products and experiences.

    The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

    Required:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Technology or related Technical Field

    • 8 years of experience in any of the following arenas: CX, product management, technology management.

    • Ability to negotiate large scale vendor relationships and manage complex, cross-functional projects.

    • Strong leadership experience leading teams large, complex, and multi-regional teams demonstrating exceptional skills in enabling effective teams and developing talent.

    • Transformation leader with experience and focus on agile methodologies.

    • Travel required (approximately up to 25% as a guideline).

    Desired:

    • Credit card industry experience with Top 20 issuer

    • Managing IT development teams.
