Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the customer support team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Technical Expertise: Serve as the resident expert in 3D printing technologies, providing guidance and support to both customers and internal team members.
• Process Optimization: Develop and refine customer support processes to leverage 3D printing capabilities effectively, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality standards for customer support operations, ensuring that all interactions meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Training and Development: Develop training programs and materials to educate support team members on 3D printing techniques, troubleshooting, and best practices.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and engineering, to integrate customer feedback and insights into product improvements.
• Innovation: Identify opportunities to leverage 3D printing technology to enhance product offerings, reduce costs, and improve manufacturing processes.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and suppliers of 3D printing equipment and materials, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor key performance indicators and metrics related to customer support operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Customer Advocacy: Act as a champion for our customers, advocating for their needs and driving initiatives to enhance their overall experience with our products and services.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer support or operations management, with expertise in 3D printing technologies.
• Have a driver's license and the ability to make local pickups for supplies as needed
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team to achieve excellence.
• In-depth knowledge of 3D printing processes, materials, and equipment, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, team members, and external partners.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and process improvement initiatives.
• Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry preferred, with knowledge of prosthetics or orthotics considered a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
