As a Customer Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to customers to provide product information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution
- Utilize phone etiquette and effective communication skills to provide excellent service
- Identify sales opportunities and promote additional products or services to customers
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
- Sales experience or knowledge is an asset
