Customer Success Manager

Job Description: As a Customer Success Manager, your main task is to interface with customers about their jobs (online, by phone and at the counter) and ensure they have a positive experience at Dataflow. Your other main objective is to assist the production staff when there are no customers that need your attention. Typically these tasks range from copying and scanning to office administration and organizing.

Other Tasks Include:

• being the liaison between our direct sales team and our production team
• learning our pricing and branch level accounting systems
• entering job information into our accounting & job tracking systems
• coordinating with our Operations Manager to schedule production of jobs
• communicating with other branches on job priorities and deadlines
• pre-flighting jobs
• working with clients on new design projects
• scanning, copying and printing
• mounting, laminating and finishing
• installing graphics at client sites
• assisting with corporate marketing initiatives
• assisting customers with our on-line job submission tools
• packaging and distribution tracking
• organizing and cleaning the shop

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
