Customer Retention Supervisor jobs in Hawaii
Customer Retention Supervisor supervises a staff of customer service representatives that process orders, prepare correspondence, and fulfill needs of existing customers that are at risk of cancelling services or orders. Addresses complaints with the goal of increasing satisfaction and securing renewals or saves. Being a Customer Retention Supervisor offers discounts or special deals as needed and within pre-established limits. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Customer Retention Supervisor typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Customer Retention Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. Airline Customer Service Representative
New hire start at $20/hr. New hire with min 1 yr qualified experience or existing/returning staff with a min 1 yr service start at $21/hr.
Includes: Retention Bonus paid at the end of the perk season $3,000*
Job Duties
- Perform a broad range of duties depending on location and service demands while delivering a high quality product
- Daily functions may include rotation through ticket counter, lobby area, gate functions, customs, arrivals and other areas within the airport
- Constant passenger & crew interaction
- Operate jet bridge
- Resolve issues with flight activity to ensure on-time departure
- Some cash handling transactions, manifests, and labeling
Skills
- Common sense and organized
- Mental capacity to make quick and rational decisions
- Effective communication skills and good listening skills
- Able to multi-task and carry out duties in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual speakers needed.
Environmental Conditions:
- Involves continuous people interaction and exposure to aircraft sounds
