Customer Retention Supervisor supervises a staff of customer service representatives that process orders, prepare correspondence, and fulfill needs of existing customers that are at risk of cancelling services or orders. Addresses complaints with the goal of increasing satisfaction and securing renewals or saves. Being a Customer Retention Supervisor offers discounts or special deals as needed and within pre-established limits. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Customer Retention Supervisor typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Customer Retention Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision.     Our CSR’s handle many types of inbound customer service inquiries including phone calls, emails, and live chats.

    Starting pay is $12 - $13 per hour based on experience. We are a drug-free and equal opportunity employer.

    Job Description

    • Log Customer information using Customer Relations Management (CRM) Software while maintaining dialogue
    • Confirm customer information (name, account number, contact information, etc.) previously logged into CRM Software and make any necessary revisions
    • Ask probing questions to understand the customer's reason for calling and use problem-solving skills to meet their individual needs
    • Use product database and website to suggest merchandise appropriate for individual customers' needs
    • Edit notes taken during phone call and customize standard letter used to accompany samples / coupons sent to consumers
    • Respond to letters and emails from customers promptly, paying close attention to detail as well as adhering to program specific policies
