Overview:

As our Logistics Analyst, you will be critical in managing and optimizing our international and domestic logistical operations. Your expertise in identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service will be critical for our organization.

The Logistics Analyst oversees various aspects of logistics operations, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, transportation coordination, and supply chain optimization. The specialist ensures timely and cost-effective delivery of goods while adhering to regulations and customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate international and domestic shipments, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Analyze logistical processes and expenditures to identify cost savings and efficiency improvement opportunities.
• Manage transportation routes and schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Oversee customs clearance procedures, including preparing documentation and compliance with regulations for import shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations, and minimizing delays.
• Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators related to cost efficiency and deductions management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve logistical challenges and ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize transportation routes, minimize fuel costs, and reduce operational expenses.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in logistics cost management, incorporating insights into our strategies and operations.
• Stay updated on international trade regulations, customs requirements, and transportation trends to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management to drive informed decision-making and support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Three years experience in logistics operations management, with a proven track record of driving efficiency improvements, cost savings, and operational excellence.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, NetSuite) and techniques, and a demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams and drive change.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, anticipate future trends and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• Proven track record of successful project management and implementation of process improvement initiatives within the logistics or supply chain domain.
