    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate international and domestic shipments, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
    • Analyze logistical processes and expenditures to identify cost savings and efficiency improvement opportunities.
    • Manage transportation routes and schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
    • Oversee customs clearance procedures, including preparing documentation and compliance with regulations for import shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations, and minimizing delays.
    • Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators related to cost efficiency and deductions management.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve logistical challenges and ensure smooth operations.
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize transportation routes, minimize fuel costs, and reduce operational expenses.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in logistics cost management, incorporating insights into our strategies and operations.
    • Stay updated on international trade regulations, customs requirements, and transportation trends to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
    • Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management to drive informed decision-making and support strategic initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Three years experience in logistics operations management, with a proven track record of driving efficiency improvements, cost savings, and operational excellence.
    • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, NetSuite) and techniques, and a demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams and drive change.
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, anticipate future trends and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
    • Proven track record of successful project management and implementation of process improvement initiatives within the logistics or supply chain domain.
