Lakes Country Service Cooperative is seeking applicants for a full-time Associate Director of Teacher Recruitment and Retention. This position qualifies for a hybrid work environment.
Job Description: The Associate Director of Teacher Recruitment and Retention will lead the established statewide Teacher Induction Program (TIP), a year-long induction and mentorship experience for early career teachers in Minnesota, and statewide teacher recruitment and retention efforts. The associate director will provide professional development opportunities for early career teachers within the program as well as assisting the participants in navigating various systems for which they encounter in their education journey. The successful candidate will serve as the primary researcher for any research studies related to TIP or any ancillary programs related to teacher induction and mentorship and will coordinate grants or funded research projects. On occasion, the director may assist with teacher licensure efforts within LCSC’s teacher licensure programs.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Salary Range: $90,000 - $104,000 annually
