    We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager, Retention and Engagement with a passion for always improving the customer experience. This position will play a crucial role in developing strategies that segment, grow, and retain customers. You will be leading all active subscriber activation with a main focus on customer retention and LTV. 


    This position will report directly to the Chief Product Officer, while partnering cross-functionally with teams across the organization including product, design, lifecycle, growth, engineering, and customer experience.

    Role responsibilities
    • Responsible for the strategic vision for member retention, repeat product purchase, membership upgrades, and referral in partnership with a lifecycle lead
    • Leads the site development and engagement strategy and implementation for the above key metrics, and builds out a customer journey that supports each over the course of a membership
    • Ensures that the data strategy supports insights needed for retention and repeat product purchase, and drives both customer and data insights and understanding of the key levers within the business impacting these areas
    • Works as both an IC and a leader, partnering with development, UX and lifecycle/email teams to meet the goals set and agreed upon with the executive team
    • Research, build, test, and iterate - this role requires passion about continuous learning with a focus on measured outcomes.  Expect to wear many hats and problem solve as areas require it
    • Analyzes churn reasons, and leads churn reduction tactics to minimize attrition

    Qualifications
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management ideally in a DTC and/or subscription-based business
    • Successful track-record of developing strategies and executing, measuring, and delivering against performance targets
    • Knowledge of DTC and subscription commerce 
    • Bachelor’s degree, MBA a plus
