As a customer service representative with Chabert Insurance, you will be the forefront of the customer experience. You will have daily activities that need to be completed concerning reshoping current customers and securing multiple lines of insurance for each household. This position will be based off Customer Retention, but ultimately customer satisfaction. Being able to communicate calmly, respectfully, and intelligently will be a staple for the position.
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts/underwriting
Answer incoming calls
Log new business
Maintain Customer retention
Process policy requests
Cultivate strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention
Reshop policy renewals
Prospect and generate new leads through leads and referral sources
Maintain knowledge of new products
Job Qualifications:
High school diploma required, College degree preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful
