Customer Retention Manager jobs in Indiana
Customer Retention Manager manages all customer retention activities. Takes initiatives in customer satisfaction via process improvement plans and efficient reporting and flow of information. Being a Customer Retention Manager maintains industry relationships and develops budgets and controls costs. Responsible for leading a team of retention members. Additionally, Customer Retention Manager requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Customer Retention Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Customer Retention Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. About Us
We are looking for an office manager with a focus on previous sales experience. We are working to find someone that can be a leader and a fit in a high-volume clinic/wellness center environment. Duties include but are not limited to, managing excel sheets, effective communication with staff, one on one patient interaction.
This position also hyper focuses on making sure patients actually come in for their appointments. That's where you come in!
Who are we looking for?
In order for you to be successful in this role you need the following:
- Have in-person office experience.
- History of being successful in a sales dominate role.
- Must have exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to do basic math with little assistance.
- Must have experience in Excel.
- Must be able to memorize a script as a part of your day-to-day tasks.
- Must be good at convincing people to do something (or purchase a product).
- Must have the ability to connect to everyone you meet.
Hours: Monday - Friday (9am-12pm)- (2pm-6pm)
Saturday 9am - 12pm
This is a salary position paid at 40 hours per week at $20/hr. Generous bonuses offered. You can earn up to an additional $15/hr!
