TITLE: Manager, Comm Sol Retention

JOB SUMMARY: Utilize data and analytics to evaluate and assess strategies to retain customer accounts for Spectrum Community Solutions' Retention team. Develop computer programs to gather, classify, and interpret data to identify business issues. Manage and track competitors' presence, available technology capabilities, performance, and other data to identify drivers of churn, develop solutions to improve customer retention, and report on progress. Develop intelligent web-based tools using Python Flask to create comprehensive competitive web portal for Sales Leaders and managers to identify competition, product availability, technologies, and internet speeds. Build machine learning and statistical models from objectives formulation to implementation for various business requirements such as Churn Model and Non Pay model. Design database architecture to construct a cloud native RDBMS database to meet the business' data and reporting needs. Integrate intelligence and data from internal and external sources including Teradata, SQL Server, and MicroStrategy. Ensure data integrity by analyzing and monitoring database systems, optimizing queries, data aggregation, data pipelines, and data models to improve data delivery performances, through tools such as Pentaho and SQL Server Integration Services. Develop complex dashboards through visual tools. Integrate data from various API's into the data pipeline.
EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree (or Foreign Equivalent) in Engineering (any), Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; 3 years of experience developing machine learning models for business intelligence. 3 years of experience using Python to create and deploy web-based tools. 3 years of experience designing database architecture to aggregate data. 3 years of experience writing complex SQL or PL/SQL queries. 3 years of experience integrating data from API frameworks. 2 years of experience utilizing Pentaho, SSIS, Tableau, Microstrategy, or Alteryx for data analysis. 2 years of experience analyzing Big Data and performing statistical modelling.
