What's the Short Version?
The Manager, Customer Analytics and Insights is responsible for delivering data-driven insights that inform business decisions across segments, channels, and initiatives. As a leader within the Digital Product team, they translate research and analytics into actionable marketing insights and share these insights with product development, merchandising, and sales teams. This role leads the design and execution of market research projects, and develops analytical, predictive and optimization models in collaboration with other teams.
They mentor and direct the Analytics and Customer Insights team, and coordinate with other marketing departments for insight generation and reporting purposes. They utilize strong skills in building statistical models, using analytics software and programming languages in tools such as Power BI, and setting up new processes and methods to understand customer behavior.

Salary Range: You`ll earn between $105,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on experience.
Bonus: You`ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 15% of base salary.
Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a bi-weekly basis based on hours worked up to 152 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.
