Customer Insights Analyst analyzes customer and consumer data and research to identify trends, key indicators, patterns, and insights. Assists in developing and conducting focus groups, surveys, competitor intelligence studies, and industry research to support product development, category/brand management and marketing or sales initiatives. Being a Customer Insights Analyst uses market research and statistical methodologies and tools to perform analysis. Performs data collection, input, and aggregation processes to develop and maintain research databases. Additionally, Customer Insights Analyst requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Customer Insights Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.   • LifeVantage is seeking a Business Insights Analyst to join our Finance / Business Intelligence team. This position will partner with leaders across the business support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions by applying their analytical experience to solving problems and finding opportunities for improvement.  

    This position requires experience across the data analysis workflow from collecting, cleaning, and organizing data to analysis, interpretation, and presentation.   Leaders will rely on your expertise and curiosity to proactively advise on trends, correlations, and opportunities.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and other duties as assigned.

    • Partner in data-driven decision-making with leadership across the business to prioritize business analysis objectives; convert data into insights and communicate with business stakeholders; present findings in a visual context that is intuitive and digestible by all levels of management.
    • Identify possible gaps in our business and initiate discussions or projects focused on maximizing company growth.

    Education and/or Experience

    • 2 years' experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations.
    • Prefer experience in analyzing data for customer retention outcomes.
    • Intermediate SQL experience is required; experience with Power BI or a similar visualization tool is preferred.
    • Exceptional team player with demonstrated success in data evangelism and influencing horizontally and vertically.

    • Strong attention to detail and proven ability to produce error-free work
