Customer Insights Analyst analyzes customer and consumer data and research to identify trends, key indicators, patterns, and insights. Assists in developing and conducting focus groups, surveys, competitor intelligence studies, and industry research to support product development, category/brand management and marketing or sales initiatives. Being a Customer Insights Analyst uses market research and statistical methodologies and tools to perform analysis. Performs data collection, input, and aggregation processes to develop and maintain research databases. Additionally, Customer Insights Analyst requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Customer Insights Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Job Title: Analyst, Customer Insights

    General Purpose of the Job

    The IT Customer Insights Analyst will be responsible for supporting the IT Voice of the Customer program focused on improving the operation side of the IT customer/consumer brand as part of the Service Operations and CSI phases of the ITIL Service Lifecycle. The person in this position will analyze data, assess the strategic opportunities and risks, present recommendations to relevant stakeholders and drive consensus and implement solutions. Additionally, they will spend time with the customer to make sure feedback from the customer is matched with the data analysis process and effectively prioritized.

    This position will work directly with Incident, Problem, Change, and other ITIL processes along with the IT Voice of the Customer program. The IT Customer Insights Analyst will assist in documentation and processing of feedback that is part of Service Strategy phase (portfolio management, demand management, etc.) is passed to the IT Business Relationship Management team.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Work with the Customer Insight Managers in support of building and maintaining relationships with our customers
    • Find areas of opportunity by conducting data analysis and be able to map customer feedback to the results
    • Create and potentially present presentations for customers
    • Preform Ad hoc analysis to support business need
    • Identify new opportunities to improve customer exp through growth of existing services or new services or new customers

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree required.
    • 2-4 years’ experience in analyst role.

    Specialized Experience, Education, Training, or Qualifications

    • Presentation creation experience (required)
    • Commitment to DaVita Mission and Values (required)
    • Working knowledge of SharePoint (preferred)
    • General Understanding IT Systems (preferred)
