Edgewater is seeking qualified candidates for 4 (four) Cellular Customer Service opportunities for our customer in Los Alamos, NM to support the Los Alamos National Laboratory.

Summary:

Contributes to planning and evaluating existing telecommunication systems and provides recommendations for resources

required to maintain and/or expand service levels. Provides assistance in network planning, engineering, architecture, and

the development of technical standards and interface applications. Contributes to the evaluation of new products as

assigned. Provides resolution for telecommunication problems.

As an experienced cellular customer-oriented technician with service desk experience and excellent customer service skills, you will work in a challenging and fast paced environment. The candidate will be expected to interact with customers professionally, update, provision, and enter all pertinent device information into a database.

Job Requirements:

• Outstanding communication skills, including customer service and service desk support
• Attention to detail
• Technical troubleshooting skills
• Proficient with networking, WiFi, and Bluetooth technologies
• Proficient with cellular technologies
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Calendaring

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education/Experience:

• Position requires a high school diploma and 5 years related experience directly related to the occupation.
• An understanding of technical networking
• Customer Service Skills

Additional Information:

Work schedule: 9/80A’s or 5-8s

Position is full-time with no expected overtime.
