Assists in developing and conducting focus groups, surveys, competitor intelligence studies, and industry research to support product development, category/brand management and marketing or sales initiatives. Being a Customer Insights Analyst uses market research and statistical methodologies and tools to perform analysis. Performs data collection, input, and aggregation processes to develop and maintain research databases. Additionally, Customer Insights Analyst requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Customer Insights Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. We're seeking self-motivated individuals with strong presentation, organization, time-management skills, and a clinical background in the operating room to directly assist clinical teams with their challenges. You'll support multiple facilities across your region, meeting face to face with sterile processing technicians, surgical technicians, nurses, doctors, and other clinical staff to identify valued-added activities such as identifying cost containment opportunities, education and training, improvement tracking, and maintaining compliance to industry standards.
