Summary of Position: 

In this role you will perform definition, data gathering and analysis of business situations, problems or opportunities in order to recommend a course of action. Analyze data streams for insights to assist in data driven decision making and visualize these insights through easily consumable dashboards or other visualization tools. Research, gather, and analyze market data in support of acquisition / investment projects. Prepare data rich presentations for management. 

Responsibilities

·       Collect, analyze, and interpret data to uncover patterns, trends, and insights which support data driven business decision making.

·       Use evidence-based problem identification and problem solving to support informed decision making.

·       Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Tableau, SQL, MS SQL Server and other tools to analyze, and champion data visualization and dashboarding.

·       Experience with common machine learning methods for descriptive and predictive applications

·       Responsible for delivering cross-functional reporting, data exploratory analysis and hands-on development of highly visible visualization projects that create strategic and transformational value for key stakeholders.

·       Deep statistical foundation and knowledge of statistical learning theory quantitative/statistical hypothesis analysis, and decision analytics.

·       Translate data results into dashboards, written reports, tables, graphs and charts to convey information to management in a digestible and visually appealing format.

·       Create written communication materials that effectively summarize findings and support recommendations.

·       Leverage data to gain key insight into business opportunities, and effectively presents these insights to business stakeholders.

·       Perform new market and acquisition target analysis in support of growth ambition.

·       Proactively create documentary artifacts like business cases, usage scenarios, solution blueprints, FAQs, meeting notes… etc.

·       Advanced knowledge of common software to build dashboards.

·       Automate reporting for weekly business metrics, identify areas of opportunity to automate and scale ad-hoc analyses.

Qualifications

Education: 

·       Bachelor's Degree in business, mathematics, computer science, or analytical techniques, advance degree preferred. Equivalent work experience.
