Being a Customer Insights Analyst uses market research and statistical methodologies and tools to perform analysis. Performs data collection, input, and aggregation processes to develop and maintain research databases. Additionally, Customer Insights Analyst requires a bachelor's degree. Reporting to the Travel Insured International VP of Strategic Initiatives, this role is responsible for developing and directing the Customer Insights Department to meet Travel Insured International’s strategic and operational goals. The primary objective of the Consumer Insights Manager is to gather and share consumer insights that can be used to inform and support decision making related to product design, marketing design and distribution channel management, and operational processes impacting the consumer experience.
Supporting the VP of Strategic Initiatives in strategic planning and in the influence, alignment and support of the executive team and other key stakeholders on prioritized areas that are imperative to strategy attainment and achieving business goals.

The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee’s contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range. You may also have the opportunity to participate in discretionary equity (stock) based compensation and/or performance-based variable pay programs.
