Customer Information Center Supervisor supervises a team that is responsible for analyzing contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Configures the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system to automatically distribute calls uniformly among representatives. Being a Customer Information Center Supervisor monitors the productivity of customer service representatives. Ensures customer satisfaction by overseeing the call volume and redirecting inbound traffic as needed. Additionally, Customer Information Center Supervisor reviews call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center and identify potential problems. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. May act as a resource for more complex questions. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Customer Information Center Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Customer Information Center Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Department: Recovery Support
JOB SUMMARY
The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising residents and their activities in a supportive-housing environment. They are also to supervise the day to day activities of residential aide staff.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Essential functions are duties, which are essential or primary to the position or the reason the position exists. An individual must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Provides supervision of resident activities, assuring resident compliance with facility rules and procedures.
- Supervises visitations of resident and significant others during scheduled visitation hours.
- Assists residents with development of daily living skills.
- Maintains a safe and therapeutic environment by providing direct supervision to residents at all times, on and off agency property.
- Supervise, monitor, and record resident self-medication.
- Provides written documentation of resident activity and periodic written updates in order to maintain compliance with written standards.
- Provides security for residents and facilities.
- Monitors safety procedures regarding facility use and resident activity.
- Light housekeeping duties including, but not limited to, emptying waste baskets, dusting, vacuuming and cleaning the restrooms.
- Supervises daily functions of Residential Support Specialist.
- Oversee any facility paperwork/reports to be submitted to direct supervisor.
- Supervise any communications that assist residents with transportation to clinically required sessions.
- Responsible for maintaining the appropriate number of Residential Support Staff per location.
- Maintains and approves assigned staffs timesheets.
- Maintains job descriptions, trainings and annual paperwork for assigned staff.
- Works in conjunction with the Recovery Support Coordinator on performance issues.
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS
Secondary functions are duties which are not exclusive of the position, can be performed by other positions; however, secondary duties are performed for the efficiency of Compass Point Housing.
- Provides supportive services including transportation or other commitments as needed.
- Performs any other duties as assigned.
COMPETENCIES
- Knowledge of the disease of addiction, treatment and recovery process.
- Skill in the operation of household cleaning equipment and supplies including, but not limited to, washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner, kitchen appliances, and outdoor tools (such as ground maintenance tools).
- Ability in the area of effective communication and interpersonal skills with children and adults.
- Ability to maintain accurate and timely records.
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgment.
- Ability to be organized, punctual, and perform duties with minimal supervision.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, INCLUDING TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience working with alcoholics and chemically dependent individuals preferred.
- Education or training in a chemical setting, group home or residential services experience preferred.
- Valid Motor Vehicle License.
