We invite you to join our Arizona Diagnostic Radiology team as a Health Information Team Supervisor. This full-time career opportunity has a Monday-Friday day-shift schedule, and is located at our office in Tempe, AZ.

The Health Information Team Supervisor isresponsible for directing activities of health information staff and for smooth operations of the department. The person in this position is responsible for efficient and timely distribution of medical records as well as the review of future exams needs. This individual also responds to routine patient requests, urgent requests and subpoena requests from attorneys and copy services.

• Possesses and utilizes excellent customer service skills, strong public relations skills, and exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and organized, possess clerical skills, and have the ability to interact effectively with doctors, referring doctors and staff, patients, vendors, peers, and management.
• Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record, if duties require driving for the Company.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00 / year

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, location and training. This pay scale is not a guarantee of a particular wage.
