Customer Information Center Supervisor supervises a team that is responsible for analyzing contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Configures the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system to automatically distribute calls uniformly among representatives. Being a Customer Information Center Supervisor monitors the productivity of customer service representatives. Ensures customer satisfaction by overseeing the call volume and redirecting inbound traffic as needed. Additionally, Customer Information Center Supervisor reviews call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center and identify potential problems. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. May act as a resource for more complex questions. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Customer Information Center Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Customer Information Center Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     The Role:

    The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for assisting the Vice President of Operations with all their daily tasks.

    Principle Accountability/Duties:

    • Responsible for daily inventory allocation reports.
    • Use allocation tools to ensure supply is made available to support forecasted sales.
    • Prepare the quarterly and annual sales reports in addition to other miscellaneous reports needed by management.
    • Work closely with TPE headquarters to ensure timely and accurate receiving of special shipments and regular allocations for replenishment.
    • Answer customer phone calls and reply to customer email inquiries.
    • Answer email queries from customers and process sales leads and assure they are directed to the right member.
    • Resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; notifying managers and account managers.
    • Coordinate daily with other departments in order to ensure smooth execution of sales orders.
    • Assist other branch offices in processing sales orders and RMA’s.
    • Any other assigned miscellaneous tasks by management.

    Qualifications:

    • BA/BS from an accredited university.
    • Minimum of 1-2 year of sales/customer service/marketing.
    • Basic knowledge of finance and business operations.
    • Excellent numerical literacy, detail-oriented ability to multi-task.
    • Solid interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team in a dynamic technical sales environment.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills and must be able to thrive in a fast paced atmosphere.
    • Ability to deliver compelling technical presentation about Transcends products.
    • Excellent PC skills; fluency in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
