Customer Information Center Manager manages a team that is responsible for analyzing contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Oversees the configuration of the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system to automatically distribute calls uniformly among representatives. Being a Customer Information Center Manager monitors the productivity of customer service representatives. Ensures customer satisfaction by overseeing the call volume and redirecting inbound traffic as needed. Additionally, Customer Information Center Manager reviews call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center and identify potential problems. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. May act as a resource for more complex questions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Customer Information Center Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Customer Information Center Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     The Nord Center is seeking candidates for the position of Crisis Manager to provide leadership and clinical oversight to the team. The Crisis Manager has the opportunity to utlize strong clinical skills in suicide prevention and crisis intervention.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversees a team of crisis counselors and staff working during the night shift.
    • Provides guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure effective crisis response.
    • Answers incoming calls, chats, and texts from individuals experiencing a mental health crisis.
    • Conducts brief clinical screenings and risk assessments.
    • Links callers to appropriate services based on their needs.
    • Monitors crisis calls and interactions to ensure adherence to protocols and best practices.
    • Evaluates staff performance and provides feedback for improvement.
    • Collaborates with other crisis centers, mental health organizations, and emergency services.
    • Participates in training sessions and stays updated on crisis intervention techniques.
    • Maintainsaccurate records of interactions with callers.
    • Compiles data for reporting purposes.

    Qualifications:

    • A master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field is required.
    • Must be licensed in the State of Ohio as a LISW, LPCC, or IMFT.
    • Must be able to connect with individuals in crisis and provide emotional support.
    • Willingness to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
    • Effective verbal and written communication to interact with callers and team members.
    • Must have a valid Ohio Drivers License, good driving record, and state required auto insurance.

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

    Pay: $31.25 - $38.09 per hour

    Expected hours: 36 – 48 per week
