Customer Information Center Manager manages a team that is responsible for analyzing contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Oversees the configuration of the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system to automatically distribute calls uniformly among representatives. Being a Customer Information Center Manager monitors the productivity of customer service representatives. Ensures customer satisfaction by overseeing the call volume and redirecting inbound traffic as needed. Additionally, Customer Information Center Manager reviews call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center and identify potential problems. External candidates areeligible for a one-time signing bonus of $3,000 (prorated for part time roles). JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for processing written and oral requests for release of medical information from health care providers, third party payors, fiscal auditors, and patients or their representatives, following HIPAA, JCAHO, federal and state regulations. Coordinates the service of the copy agent and assists in photocopying medical records to meet requests. Performs receptionist duties as necessary.
EDUCATION:
Requires high school diploma or equivalent. Health Information Management/Medical Records one year diploma, two year degree or equivalent college level education preferred. Registered Health Information Technician preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
One to two years of experience in release of medical information, related health information or administrative office assistance experience preferred. Must have experience in computer technologies and/or keyboarding. Ability problem solve individually, and to facilitate group problem solving. Must have ability to utilize numeric and color coded filing systems.
