Customer Information Center Manager manages a team that is responsible for analyzing contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Oversees the configuration of the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system to automatically distribute calls uniformly among representatives. Being a Customer Information Center Manager monitors the productivity of customer service representatives. Ensures customer satisfaction by overseeing the call volume and redirecting inbound traffic as needed. Additionally, Customer Information Center Manager reviews call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center and identify potential problems. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. May act as a resource for more complex questions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. We are seeking a Part Time Customer Relations Representative to join our team in Circleville, Ohio. As a Customer Relations Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This position works collaboratively with customer relations team providing needed clerical services for the Pickaway County Clinic. Traveling to other agency clinics to provide temporary coverage may be necessary at certain times.
Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent of education and experience. Experience in medical billing preferred. Valid Ohio driver’s license, use of personal car, and ability to utilize computers, transcription equipment and switchboards, and interactions with customers are required.
