Customer Information Center Manager manages a team that is responsible for analyzing contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Oversees the configuration of the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system to automatically distribute calls uniformly among representatives. Being a Customer Information Center Manager monitors the productivity of customer service representatives. Ensures customer satisfaction by overseeing the call volume and redirecting inbound traffic as needed. Additionally, Customer Information Center Manager reviews call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center and identify potential problems. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. May act as a resource for more complex questions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Customer Information Center Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. About the Role
The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all IT operations across the company. They will lead a team of two IT professionals to ensure the smooth functioning of the plant's technology infrastructure, systems, networks, and applications. The IT Manager will collaborate with other departments and IT stakeholders to identity and implement IT solutions that align with the plant's goals and objectives.
Additionally, the IT Manager is responsible for leading business transformation initiatives, projects, and managing the application strategy and roadmap for United Roll’s manufacturing capabilities. This will include being a workstream leader as we transform the end-to-end manufacturing capabilities and implementing new systems and processes that will enable business capabilities of the future.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy & Planning
· Establish and update documentation for IT policies, procedures, standards, best practices, configuration settings, and installation parameters. Maintain inventory as new systems are purchased and EOL are moved out of the environment.
· Research and implement best practices and emerging technology, industry, and market trends to drive optimization of delivered solutions.
