Customer Information Center Manager manages a team that is responsible for analyzing contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Oversees the configuration of the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system to automatically distribute calls uniformly among representatives. Being a Customer Information Center Manager monitors the productivity of customer service representatives. Ensures customer satisfaction by overseeing the call volume and redirecting inbound traffic as needed. Additionally, Customer Information Center Manager reviews call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center and identify potential problems. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. May act as a resource for more complex questions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Customer Information Center Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Customer Information Center Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     About the Role

    The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all IT operations across the company. They will lead a team of two IT professionals to ensure the smooth functioning of the plant's technology infrastructure, systems, networks, and applications. The IT Manager will collaborate with other departments and IT stakeholders to identity and implement IT solutions that align with the plant's goals and objectives.

    Additionally, the IT Manager is responsible for leading business transformation initiatives, projects, and managing the application strategy and roadmap for United Roll’s manufacturing capabilities. This will include being a workstream leader as we transform the end-to-end manufacturing capabilities and implementing new systems and processes that will enable business capabilities of the future.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Strategy & Planning

    • Develop and deliver against a multi-year strategy as it relates to IT.
    • Assist in developing the technology roadmap, justification and prioritization of technology initiatives, and identification of innovation opportunities.
    • Document system architecture plans and describe architecture alignment with business strategy.

    · Establish and update documentation for IT policies, procedures, standards, best practices, configuration settings, and installation parameters. Maintain inventory as new systems are purchased and EOL are moved out of the environment.

    · Research and implement best practices and emerging technology, industry, and market trends to drive optimization of delivered solutions.

    • Engage in product, technology, and vendor evaluations and benchmarking.

    Partnering Across the Business

    • Lead upgrade activities for the Syteline ERP.
    • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with business strategists, process owners, subject matter experts, and enabling teams.
    • Ensure effective planning and implementation of shop floor data initiatives.
    • Analyze business needs, define detailed requirements, and validate potential solutions with the business, following IT standards and methodologies.
    • Ensure business objectives and metrics are met.

    Operational Management

    • Provide technical support, advice, and assistance to associates regarding software and hardware issues. Close issues quickly, providing daily updates until Incident has been resolved.
    • Analyzes, detects, identifies, and corrects technical problems and deficiencies, such as LAN connection issues, server communications, DNS, AD, and SQL communications such as proper user setup and profile permissions.
    • Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and support office workstations, laptops and printers, network connected machine interface.
    • Configure, maintain, and deploy VoIP phones and eFAX.
    • Push security updates and patches to all systems.
    • Monitors and collects data on system performance, including checking event logs on servers each week and resolving any warnings or errors.
    • Ensure meeting room AV connectivity is working properly.
    • Provide first and second level support for SyteLine ERP, MS365, CAD, and network / Wi-Fi login support, including office staff and guests.
    • Advise on options, risks, costs versus benefits and impacts on business processes, and systems.
    • Additional duties will arise as needed.

    Knowledge & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems is preferred.
    • 10 years of experience with a combination of IT development/operations, business engagement, analytics, or other IT jobs leveraging systems tools to support business process optimization within the industrial products industry.
    • Knowledge of remote desktop services (RDS) and licensing.
    • Experience and understanding of the functionality of ERP and shop floor data collection.
    • Proven project management experience.

    Physical Demands

    • Occasional lifting to 50 lbs, and mobility throughout a manufacturing facility.
    • Overtime hours may be required to meet project deadlines.
