Job Overview:
We are seeking a Custody Operations Manager to join our team. As a Custody Operations Manager you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities. This position requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, including staff supervision, scheduling, and performance management
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase customer base
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and effective communication
- Provide guidance and support to branch staff
- Monitor branch performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives as needed
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to provide updates, training, and performance feedback
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in financial transactions

Skills:
- Proven experience in sales management within the financial services industry
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and performance coaching
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (preferred).
• 3-5 years’ experience in a managerial role
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of financial products and
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
